CloudyLeaps provides software development and digital transformation services. Because most of our work is project-based, customized and time-driven, returns and refunds are handled differently from physical goods.
Our offerings typically include consulting, planning, engineering, implementation, automation, cloud configuration, design support and ongoing technical work. Once delivery effort, discovery work or development time has been committed, that work is generally non-returnable.
Advance payments or booking deposits may be required to reserve delivery capacity, begin discovery or start implementation. Such payments are usually non-refundable once project work, resource allocation or planning has started, unless otherwise stated in writing.
Where projects are split into milestones, each completed and approved milestone is considered delivered effort. Refunds are not issued for completed work, approved deliverables, consulting time or implementation already performed.
If requirements change after project commencement, CloudyLeaps may revise timelines, pricing or delivery plans. Scope changes do not automatically create a right to refund previously completed work.
If a client cancels a project before any meaningful work, discovery or resource allocation has started, CloudyLeaps may review the request and decide in good faith whether any partial refund is appropriate, after deducting any administrative or planning costs already incurred.
Refunds are not issued because of delayed responses, missing approvals, incomplete client materials or inactivity on the client side after project initiation. In such cases, delivery may be paused and resumed according to mutual discussion.
If any website-listed package, audit, consultation slot or digital service item is purchased through the website, fulfillment begins when the booked service, analysis or delivery process starts. Once fulfilled or partially fulfilled, that purchase is generally non-refundable.
Any exception to this policy must be confirmed by CloudyLeaps in writing. Approved exceptions may be subject to deductions for time spent, resources assigned, research completed or other direct delivery costs.
If you have a concern about a payment, service package or project billing situation, contact [email protected] and include the relevant project or order details for review.
